The kitchen
No onion, no garlic, on request and done properly. Room service runs from early morning until late.
How we cook
One kitchen. No shortcuts.
Everything on the menu is prepared after you order it. That means a few extra minutes at the table and a plate that arrives hot, which we think is the right trade.
The kitchen is entirely vegetarian — no eggs, no onion-garlic on request, and separate preparation for Jain meals when you ask at the time of ordering.
Jain meals on request
Tell the steward when you order and the kitchen adjusts.
Same menu in your room
Room service carries the full card, not a reduced version.
