We are a single property, run by the family that owns it. That means the person who decides how the hotel is run is the person you will meet in the lobby, and a complaint does not have to travel through a head office to be heard.

How we run it
Four rules we do not bend.

Clean is not negotiable
Every room is checked against a written list before it is released, and inspected again by a supervisor. Not from memory, and not in a hurry.

The price is the price
What you are quoted is what you pay, with taxes shown separately and nothing invented at checkout.

A person answers
The front desk is staffed around the clock by someone who can actually make a decision, not just take a message.

Fix it the same day
A dripping tap or a weak light gets logged and repaired that day. Small things left alone become the reason people do not come back.
